My overall experience with UHaul broadly was awful, in the my reservation pickup was change the day before and then the location didn't have all the products in my order (which I blame on UHaul, not them). Don't send me to people that don't have what I need to accomplish my task. Very poor communication and coordination with their representatives, and this is the second time this has happened in the last 2 months. I will look for any other options before using UHaul again.
