Junky lot with not a ton of parking.

Truck was old and very dusty and dirty. No windshield washer fluid. No A/C. Bad brakes. Windshield wiper loose. Had to climb on bumper to reattach before they were operable. Gas gauge did not go to full. Feel like the rental location was trying to get rid of the truck since it was a one way move. Extremely unsatisfied!!!!!

Make sure your phone operators know and provide the prices listed online.This caused me over 24 hour delay.The locaion owner couldn’t change my rate nor the phone operator.I had to walk to the nearest store in below freezing temperatures to put cash on a debit card,re reserve to get the online price after reserving twice before & not quoted the online price.

This location is great but i am extremely dissatisfied with U-Haul as an organization not having available vehicles in Jackson or Haywood, NC Counties. I had to spend $100 in transportation costs to move minor furniture items because your franchises refuse to stock pick up trucks or cargo vans.

Went in on monday morning and rented a moving truck, signed the papers and paid the bill. Returned the truck within 24hrs but they charged us again. I saw on my bank statement that we had been charged twice so I went into the location and talked to the lady that rented the truck to us. She said that she would resolve the problem and call me by the end of the day. I recieved no call, no refund, and no help.

Although the tow dolly I rented had the driver side light out, the agent tried all he could with checking the wires and voltage. Since I wasn't going far I didn't mind that it was the only one they had as they provided excellent customer service throughout the process.
