The process of getting the keys and completing the registration process took 45 mins. It was ridiculously slow. Why don’t you get all the information you need from me when I placed the reservation?
SCOTT MI included in the rent of the truck a furniture dolly and pads. When I checked the truck I noticed they did not include them, I had to go into the office and ask them and they were not aware they needed to include the dolly and pads. It seems there was some miscommunication between the location and U-Ha and/or lack or training.
