We received excellent service from the people that run it , very helpful and friendly. Very nice people. The truck was in good condition, clean. My only complaint was that it did not have tires suitable for the Rockies in the winter which is a serious matter. We had 4 mountain men on this job that live and work in this area who were all of the same opinion. The truck got stuck on both ends of the move, took forever to get it out of the old place and had to be towed up the driveway at the new place. None of the other vehicles had a problem. Extended the job by several hours having to dig it out etc. Problematic and upsetting during an already difficult move. This would be a Uhaul issue, not the local franchise. The people in Golden were excellent. Other then winter time I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this location.
