There was no one working and no drop box for my key. Terrible location overall. I had to hide the key and will try to contact someone next business day.

Heather D.No complaints about the location I rented from - they were fantastic. However, returning the vehicle when the branch was closed was a real pain. Also, I never received an email or text acknowledging the return, and the amount charged to my credit card was a fair bit higher than expected. And since I did not get a return receipt I have no backup or means to verify anything. Plus, the truck did not have a full tank of gas when I picked it up, but I'm supposed to return it with the same amount. How in the world do you expect anyone to do that accurately. You got more gas back than what was in it when I picked it up. That policy is bullshit and cost me money.
John K.Reversing out was a bit tricky with cars behind you. If they left them the other way it would be easier. Counter help was great.
