Andy Boston the proprietor, is a great explainer of the details of renting a UHaul. I do not rent all that often, and when I do it is to help a relative move their "important" items. I may not see the importance but to them, especially older folks, really appreciate my help and I really appreciate Andy's assistance, explaining all the "bells and whistles" of the new vans he rents out. It has come to my attention that U-Haul doesn’t pay the drop off facility for their work or time. This seems strange to me given that one-way rentals are substantially more expensive when compared to same-day same-facility drop off. I hope U-Haul will change this policy as it is sure to effect their customers experience in a negative fashion.
