Answer the phone first of all. After 4 unanswered phone calls, drove to location. Sign on door said owner was in lot. Did not answer cell phone. Sales clerk caught me as I was leaving, unfortunately. Vehicle defects: Broken visor; Drivers side wIndow lever broken; Side passenger rear view mirror broken. Replaced with plastic reflective material that was distorted and of no use. Vehicle was filthy. Windshield needed cleaned immediately.; Shock absorbers needed replaced. Vehicle was returned with fuel gage at exact position as received but $16 fuel charge was added to the bill. Overall, vehicle provided was dangerous to drive. Obviously, I will never use Uhaul again nor will I recommend them. I did document these defects via photos and will post these on any and every website so that others may be forewarned.

The cab was filthy. The driver's visor and window crank were broken. The passenger's side mirror was broken and replaced with what looked like a sheet of metal (it did not reflect anything). The windshield was so covered with bugs it was difficult to see. And to top it off, when I turned off the a/c the cab smelled like cat pea. NOT happy.

Clean trash out of cab and at least clean the outside of the windshield. Too many bugs smeared all over to safely see in setting sun.

Nothing could be improved. I rented this van to help me evacuate to another city before Hurricane Irma hit, and Al couldn't have been more helpful. Very courteous, went above and beyond. Van was very clean and in perfect working condition. I will definitely be using this service again.

Had to drop off trailer after hours due to hurricane, but contacted location personnel by phone and they were very accommodating. Situation worked out well considering difficult circumstances brought on by hurricane.

I could not get the large mirror on the passenger side to adjust. It faced to the side of the truck. I called the number handwritten in the booklet. I was passed around(slowly) to 3 people. My Verizon service gave out in a rural area of I-16, so I never got any help. I had to depend on that little mirror...

Need to make sure equipment is ok to rent. The wire harness was frayed and shorting out the trailer lights. I had to go back the next morning before my trip and request a new one.
