The location was not open for business and I didn’t receive the email detailing the online procedures for obtaining the rental until 5 minutes before 11am. Communication with with the customer would ease the confusion as to the process of obtaining a rental.
Kyle CRental started at 10am and no one showed up until after 11am. And I paid for a dolly that wasn’t provided in the truck. Would not recommend.
Rayquan WThe gentleman appeared as if we were disturbing him. I was not aware that the U-Haul was run in conjunction with the health food store which is not an issue. However , his direction was poor instead of explaining to come into that establishment he was extremely unclear. I accomplished my goal so in Satisfied but communication with customers needs to me a bit clearer. Thank you
