My only complaint is that the day prior to my service I called multiple times to confirm that my reservation and equipment would be there and the phone wasn’t answered once. Which was a shame because on the day of my move my reservation was not there and neither were any of the equipment/supplies that I had requested. This was not the fault of the location this was the fault of the online system. The day of my reservation the location was great. They quickly got me into a truck and found a dolly for me to use. The gentleman I worked with was friendly and efficient.
