The guy is terrible on customer service and was taking so long when I kept telling him I gotta go back to my business at work but instead of figuring out how to expedite the situation and just call customer care to fix the order and have me keep calling care when they kept saying it’s fixed with return location it took him 3 mins to do it himself finally after 35 mins. And the whole time he’s on his personal phone handling non U-Haul related situation which is in professional and this location should close down and remove him as a third party.
