The employee at Towne Storage Cactus was very professional and knew the process.
PETER KYou advertise $19.99. I was even verbally told that was the price when I called before heading over. Even during all of our conversations about the rental not ONCE were we told that there was a mandatory insurance fee of $15. This is FALSE advertising. I called to get it straightened out and just received the bill today for the full amount. $15 was not credited. From now on we will go to Home Depot. Thank you very much.
