They shouldnt even be allowed to be a uhaul businnes. Very unprofessional. Never checked in my trailer that i dropped off. Just a sad sad excuse for a business. Theres more but not gonna waste my time. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!

This was my 2nd pick up location because where my confirmation location did not have a vehicle for me as promised. 1st location was a filthy smelly mess. They didn’t know why our vehicle wasn’t there. They got on the phone and found me a vehicle 19 minutes away. Got to 2nd place & there was nobody familiar with how to checkout a vehicle. Had to wait for someone else to come. Pick up was delayed 2+ hours. This was a terrible experience

KAREN PThe lady at the desk was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. She told me to go away and come back tomorrow, when I mentioned that her location advertised 24 hr return she said “I am not doing it, I am closing.” I am thankful for your app that supported 24hr return.
