WORST customer experience I have EVER had. Your on line system doesn't work, your Chat doesn't respond and the worst of all...the so called Customer Service Rep. She argued with me, called me a liar, said I was at the wrong location, totally rude and ZERO help. I was delay from 7AM pick up for an hour and a half. I will NEVER use Uhaul again and will go out of my way to advise others to go somewhere else other than Uhaul. I will leave more detail on Google for all to see.

The truck was fine. The process to arrange this rental was deeply flawed. I was on hold on your central so called "customer SERVICE" line for longer than I actually had the truck. It was frustrating...
