madeline aThere was no one working at the location, there are no posted instructions about how to attain the code to get into the lock box, the check engine light was on in the truck, and we were charged for gas even though the needle didn’t move at all, they offer add ons (blankets, dollies) but if we had needed these things there was no one to help service us
