I have no issue with where I finally picked up my truck the problem was that I reserved a truck 7 weeks in advance. I got a call confirming the truck and even the day before got a call saying where I would need to pick it up. Then at the end of the day I got another call saying that I would not have the size of truck and I would have to go 200 miles away to pick up the size I needed. Eventually I had to rent a smaller truck AND trailer. And because of their mistake I would be getting a $50 rebate on my credit card. 3 weeks later I still have not received my rebate. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE ELSE. I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHAT A DISASTER MY EXPERIENCE WAS WITH UHAUL. NO ONE RETURNS YOUR CALLS EITHER!!!!

i was told the tank was full and that I needed to return it that way in order to avoid extra charges. I drove a total of 16 miles and it took 8 gallons to fill u the gas tank, I find it hard to believe that I realized 2 miles to the gallon with this truck, I feel cheated
