The customer service was extremely poor. The person at the counter did not greet me with a hello or eye contact. He behaved as if the customer was a burden, an irritation. This is why I prefer online rental to avoid the negative energy. Reminder customers are the reason you’re in business and thrive.
Nola WBecause it was after hours and there was no option for the above, I had to mark yes or no. The survey needs some updating. Also, I was very disappointed to have to pay for the extra mileage. When I booked the truck the program estimates the miles very tightly from the place of origin to the drop of place, absolutely not considering that from the pick up place we have to drive to the destination to pick up the furniture (which I had chose the closest location) and then to the destination to drop of the items and then drive to the van drop of place. Of course, there are then more miles. There was no way to edit the miles in the program, so this is a scam. I'm thinking about not using U-Haul next time I need a truck because of this. I can therefore not really recommend using the app in UHaul. Dr. Julia Meyers
