I like U-Haul and Thank you all so much



800# Representative sent me to the wrong location. Read the text later. Store representative was hard to find. I was next door at drop off building. She was one building over. She had to run down the hill to come get me. It was confusing. Rep charged me for gasoline which I had just put in the gas tank, back at the previous U-Haul location, which had a gas station. I asked the Rep was I clear on everything. She said "YES" and that I'd receive an email. My Debit Card was charged an additional $28.00, saying the gas was not put back in. The rep lied about the gasoline. I'm very disappointed. She shouldn't have been trying to help 3 people all at once. I was held approximately 35 waiting for a confirmation of completion. She didn't tell me I was done. I had to ask 3x. When she finally completed my paperwork, she said nothing. I had to ask again WAS I DONE. She said 'yes'. So unprofessional. Another sad face. I want my $28 back, thief.

Service at pick up was terrible. Pick up was to be at 10:00 am doiors were not opened until 10:14 then there was another lengthy wait before actually being able to leave. Store picked up at only had one employee trying to take care of this along with cell phone customers. Truck had white stiiafoam all in the back which I cleaned out before returning. Then my card was improperly charged which I have yet to get a resolution to. Customer service , honesty and dependability is horrible at U Haul. I have used them in the past and this will be the last time due to the declining , reliability in service and honesty. I’m expected to wait days for imcorrect charges to be fixed , however U Haul didn’t wait days to get their equipment back or money.

Employee did not have knowledge about equipment and how to set up equipment. Employee walked me over to another location to obtain assistance from another employee. I had to wait due to other employee being occupied. When reservation was confirmed, representative (via phone) told me that my equipment would be set up for me, my vehicle inspected prior to towing, and vehicle set up onto tow dolly. I went to pickup location with no assistance and was not able to set up Car onto tow dolly. I had to wait for a friend to come help due to misguided information given to me by representative.

This location is easily accessible and very convenient. The attendant was nice and welcoming. She also knew what she was doing pertaining to the whole U-Haul experience and that is how it should be if a business is going to rent uhauls. I was in and out in a flash would definitely recommend this location

I had reservation for a 3 week before and at time had to go to another vendor for a truck due to no trucks at location I requested,then it took me 1 hour to get the truck check out and was suppose to refund me $10.00 due to they didn't have the one that I need and was told would get $10.00 back once return truck of course that didn't happen, very unhappy with this service

Waited forever to pick up the truck. Had to pay for 2 days because they were closed the day I needed the truck. Location did not know how to do the rental so I talked to the area rep and was told he would meet me at 5 pm on Sundaybro check on the truck. He was a nap show and When the rental location finally checked in the truck I was charged for a 3rd day. I am not happy with the experience.

I used the truck for a one way trip to Martinsville Va. The moving help was 6-1/2 hrs late so the truck was not finished being unloaded until 1:15 am. The drop off location had absolutely no indication that it was part of U-haul or a drop spot. There was no sign, no key drop box etc. It was a Wireless business. I took a chance and left the truck anyway. I called U-haul in the morning and luckily it was the right place. The woman said that's the way we do things around here. The moral of the story need a sign at your drop off locations if it's not actually a U-haul store.

I called five days in a row and never once had someone answer my call. I had to drive to the location (20 minutes away) just to speak with someone to answer any question I had and most of those questions could not be answered. Ironic that a store called Wireless Connections never had a connection...
