I live in Mason and wanted a location in the Mason area. I called Woidcraft location to be told no trucks availabile at this location/Mason, so within 5 minutes I called another location far from where I live and they told me Woodcraft location has some and booked it over the phone. So I went to Woodcraft location and picked it up. I am wondering why they say no availability while they have some??

Every damn time I rent anything from you uhaul (which is quite often) I get a bunch if emails the next day saying I did not return whatever it is I rented and I have to make a bunch of phone calls about it so I dont get charged. Figure it out.

I went in person to the Woodcraft location to reserve this U-Haul truck, but because of the problems and lethargy of the software, I had to wait over 30 minutes for something that should have only taken 10 minutes.

Individual who hooked up the trailer did not secure the wiring and it drug on the road. Wiring was damaged and inoperable during part of the trip.

Wasn’t informed until after clerk had closed bill that I was charged over $10 for returning truck with less gas that I rented it. I had replaced the gas and felt the gauge was exactly where it should have been. It was too late to dispute on sight and now I have to go through the hassle of calling UHaul and trying to settle over the phone after the fact. Since the tank wasn’t full to start, and the needle was in between marks, the whole thing was pretty arbitrary. Probably go back to renting from Home Depot if issue isn’t resolved easily.

Actually nothing... The representative helping us was patient and helped us pick the best option for us as far as dropping off and returning the vehicle. Answered every question we had and was extremely personable. We had the keys in our hands and out the door in 15min with all the information we needed. No improvement necessary at all.

After the electrical hookup was done in the lot, the U-haul employee checked the lights on the trailer and said everything was ok. I checked myself at home and the right blinker didn’t work Air pressure in tires was down 7 & 9 lbs. The lug nuts on both wheels needed to be tightened they needed to be turned a full revolution on most all of them. I found this out myself at home before leaving on a 1100 mile trip

Charged me 3 days. Should have charged 2 days (had unit for 47 hours). I used to return trailer on a Sunday. Not cool on the front side and not cool getting charged extra. Why have the online return possibility to return a unit on a day the return location is closed when it does work?!?!
