James LIt was just a disappointing experience. We rented the uhaul specifically because we thought it would have a ramp, to assist in moving a piano, but the trucks at this location did not. We also rented furniture dollies online, also not available at all at this location. Just overall a very disappointing experience. In the future, we will go back to using a further location we have used before, where service and available items are much, much better.
STEVEN DWomen beware! The clerk talked to my husband even though it was my reservation and made fun of me to my husband. The building was very dingy and smelled like smoke.
