UHaul called me two days before my pickup date to tell me that they did not have the 20 ft size I booked 2 months previously- I was not happy as this is of no help 2 days before the move. Then when I went I called to confirm my 17 ft Truck (which was apparently all they could offer me- with no discount or apology I might add) on the 30th with the local UHaul company, they told me my truck was dropped off in Barrie by mistake (1 hour away) and that they had no vehicle for my move and that I could call Barrie and talk to them. I told him he could sort it out and find me a truck and he proceeded to hang up on me. I had to drive over to the Uhaul location and speak to the man himself. He then offered me someone else's 15 ft truck if I took it right then and there. So in summary I got a truck 5 ft smaller then the one I booked 2 months early and I had to pay for an extra day of rental that I did not need. In all this was the worst experience I have ever had and will not be using Uhaul again. I have had zero appoligies. This is ridiculous.

You miss lead us to believe that the amount for gas would be waved one way ..we needed the truck in orangeville..you indicated that because there was none available in orangeville..we were it pick it up in Midland and drive from there and back you would wave the gas and klm one way ..but the price doubled when we returned. You quoted us for one way insted you billed us for both ways .this is very disappointing..it is. not our fault that there was not a truck in orangeville. It was a inconvenience to our wallet.we were told we only pay for one way.

Considering this was not my pick-up location but that they were able to accommodate my request, the service at that location was good. This location was over an hour out of my way and I was very disappointed that my confirmed booking was not ready in Mississauga. I would not rebook with UHaul

When I went to pay for my truck rental the gentleman told me it was a total of $88.49 on my mastercard. He told me that I could not get a receipt because it would not go through my credit card until the next day. The total came to $125.00. I sure would appreciate an email to explain the why we only had the truck for 3 hours because we did not need it that long and did not use a lot of km.

Very disappointed with the service when I returned the truck rental. Because the gas gage was faulty and very slow to register, I ended up filling the gas tank to Full instead of 3/4 full. U-Haul failed to compensate me for the difference in the gas cost. When I contacted Customer Service with U-Haul, I was told that the gas was filled to 3/4 of a tank, which is false. I have the gas receipt to prove this.

They gave me a truck that looked like it was used off road in a mud race. then they gave me a heart patent the job of hooking the car dolly by my self and could not tell me how to hook it up or put the car on correctly I was near a heart attack had to take nitro- spray. dealer was to involved with his store and gas customers he was by himself took me over an hour from 2pm to 3:30pm before I got out of there worst service I ever saw. Put my back out loading the car dolly could not do any of my own move I am 71 years old . I would like to have your feedback

Location and employees at location were great but......uhaul made a mistake and Doubble booked so there was noooo truck!......In the end it all worked out but lost over 3 hrs of my time.

Service was good. Actual Van was Filthy! Smelled of barn animals, front seats were covered with peanuts (this is an issue, but even more so because one of the people in the front has an anaphalactic allergy to nuts!). Once we unloaded the van we noticed someone had covered the floor with cardboard. Lifting it revealed animal hair and the source of the stench. For the amount I paid for this truck, I expect it to AT LEAST be swept out.... Note that I rented a truck a few weeks earlier, and the person who served me said he couldnt reserve it for me for the next day so I needed to rent it for two days. Policy is abhorent! I felt backed into a corner and had no other choice but to rent it for several days....

Operator didn't care about the truck or my business, we were overcharged but because this location has such a bad reputation we didn't want to start an argument and lose the truck. We were told that the total rental would be $336 it ended up being $389. Also we lost aprx. $50 in gas money as we had to fill the truck up to ensure we had enough gas for the trip and when we dropped off the truck. This was such a bad experience we will never use U Haul again. Thank You

I would have liked to spend less time picking up & dropping of the truck to do the moving, the inside of the windshield was so dirty I could hardly see to drive at night, picking up at a very busy gas station is NOT what I expected...

Get some customer service people that aren't so ignorant ... nothing pleasant at all, felt like it was a pain in their butt to have to serve me. I had to keep waiting while they served other customers, was there for over an hour, they never gave me any paper work for the truck and never did a walk around, just handed me the keys, told me the number of the truck and walked away.

opening hours are weird. If you have a moving day planned, not being able to pick up the truck before 11:00 a.m. is terrible, you have lost half the day before you can get started
