Truck was not cleaned at all, rental location was shoddy and run down. Clerk was very pleasant, but not experienced.

The truck felt like it had absolutely NO suspension. It felt almost unsafe to drive it bounced around so much. Brakes did not feel really good either. Cargo area had a big layer of dust/dirt on floor. Called Uhaul when I got to my location, but only person I could speak with directly was someone who could not and did not help at all.
Ellen SThere was this lock thing on the truck that we couldn’t get undone I mean we did eventually, but maybe offer a video training or something- you can tell the location is new- but it was a 45 min experience rather than 5 which put me on the wire to get the truck where I needed it to get it loaded.
Angelique MJust feel the same, I put a little too much fuel in the truck and couldn't even get back a fraction of what I left.
JUSTIN CIf you don’t have a cell phone this location will not work for you. Everything had to be done though that.
