AWAD ENot satisfied with the way this rental was completed. There was information that i had to enter at the location that i could have done online. Not only that but the charge was misleading and expensive. What i was charged online was different from what i was charged when i arrived at the location. I thought this was very upsetting and ruined my overall budget planning. The rep said there was nothing i could do except call headquarters which also didn’t help. The phone call had a long hold period and the rep was difficult to understand. Though the vehicle performed well, i will be looking for different companies in the future for my truck rental needs. I have lost a lot of trust with uhaul, this whole transaction could have been performed more efficiently and more informative, i feel lied to and tricked.

Tim KI found the app difficult to navigate. Would recommend that sign up should be the person picking up the vehicle. My wife signed up and everything to her phone and not mine Everything had to be done twice
