I found the app difficult to navigate. Would recommend that sign up should be the person picking up the vehicle. My wife signed up and everything to her phone and not mine Everything had to be done twice
MARK YPick up drop off experience was awesome. The only problem was that the lock key was jammed and we couldn’t lock the truck. Otherwise 5 stars to the convenient store and U-Haul customer service. Thank you
FARHAN ZReverse camera would be helpful for the truck - while the truck from my previous Uhaul run (in Texas, US) was equipped with one, this truck was not. Would make the trip and equipment much more safer if it is included.
