The equipment was great, and the people in the location were very helpful. Unfortunately, despite multiple tries, we could not get the U-Haul app to work for picking up the vehicle, and had to wait for the store to open to get the van. I spoke with someone at U-Haul while we were trying to get the app to give us the code to get the keys, who mentioned that the app is "very finicky". The app worked fine for our return.
