Horrible service. Picked 7 pm pick up. Uhal guy showed up for work at 830. They do not have a consistent employee for all the times available on website. And when he showed up it was as if we inconvenienced him for needing a uhal. Also called uhal customer service and received no help what's so ever because it was past 7pm.

Person had no idea what was going on, or where to drop the vehicle. they did not do an inspection, so i felt that i had to leave the vehicle to their whim.

I learned that if there are remnants of snow outside you have to be very careful inside the bed of the truck it is very slippery.



Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have liked the truck to have been brushed/scraped off of the snow and ice, but otherwise great experience.

When I closed the passenger side door on the van the mirror fell out and broke. This is something that should be maintained by the U-Haul company. Also, my reservation was for 0930 and the u-haul rep did not show until 10. Not pleased at all.

I made an appointment online for 3:00 but there were no workers there until 4. When they arrived though they were nice and helpful



UHaul actually lost my reservation, but this location bailed me out and was extremely helpful and friendly. They comped the dolly charge and made sure I was taken care of, and I got a clean and proper-sized truck. I would highly recommend renting from them.

Had to hook up trailer myself, no light hookup, never checked to see if was done right, had to go buy wiring hookup. Never left his office. Did same for other customers. Never checked to see if everything was safe or not.

We were told the truck was full with gas. The miles were wrong, the truck gas was empty. The back of the uhaul was opened when we first went to pick it up. The bottom of the inside of the truck was disgusting, some type of chemical or something all over the base of the truck bed. Luckily we had moving blankets or all our furniture would have been covered in some type of chemical.



Explain more clearly in simple terms what the offered rental insurance options cover, to allow customers to make a more educated decision as to which insurance option is actually needed or worth considering, and why. Overall, the rental process, including vehicle pick-up and drop off, was quick and efficient and again a very pleasant experience. I am a repeat customer and will use their rental service again as needed.

I feel like I was extremely overcharged and at the end of it all I was not given a receipt or any type of paperwork and when I got home and did the math I was charged pretty much twice of what I should have been charged and I don't know who to contact about that because they gave me no paperwork

Crowded makeshift location. Clerk had duties other than U-Haul selling cigarettes, candy, gas etc. Kept going from me to another register for other customers.

The process of getting the trailer rental was slow and agonizing. It was difficult communicating with the gentleman helping me. Not sure if it was an accent or poor articulation, but I never was sure what he was asking me. The guy, who seemed like the owner, smelled of body odor making the situation even more unpleasant. Uhaul customers also have to stand in a tight corner off to the side of the main counter while being helped. Very unwelcoming and awkward. Once I made it through the painful checking out process, I was not offered any help attaching the trailer to my vehicle. Most importantly, the attendants did not help with checking if brake lights and indicators worked. There were also cigarette butts in the trailer. Upon returning the trailer, the environment seemed a bit shady. I am pretty sure some sort of deal was going down between the attendant and another person at the counter. I will not be renting from this location again and recommend closing it down.

I confirmed my expense as $18.95, however my reciept at the location shows $31.xx. this location fraudulent activity and this location is not to be trusted. When I give credit card information, I expect receipts to match, not double.
