Owner was 30 min late from my reservation time. Wasn’t at location. Truck had a busted side mirror and emergency break was tough to handle, almost broken. Have to leave trucks anywhere around neighborhood, no set drop off location.

Pretty sure the guy scammed us by putting a lower initial mileage than was truly on the car but we didn’t check so had no recourse. Said we drove 100 miles even though we did two round trips to somewhere 13 miles away… Also didn’t ask if we wanted insurance or not and just signed us up, another $100 scam.

Sandra CDo you check the locations? It’s called a market but it is a smoke shop. It’s also not really in a place you would want to leave your car. Quite disappointed in both the location and in U-Haul as a company after this experience.
