Stay away from this location, they don't have a clue of what is going on when you cancel your storage unit online they still charge you for the next months thereafter and keep sending you late payment notification and pre-lien notice even though I cancelled and called them and they confirmed that my unit has been cancelled!!! very frustrating and waste of time to keep emailing and calling to have this issue fixed!!!Hany A.

When I booked my reservation the gas mileage was .86/km and changed to 1.64/km while I was checking out, doubling the initial bill I rented for. I was told there were 2 managers and an employee working on it but I was on the phone for a hour waiting for the issue to be resolved. I am moving by myself and only had one night where a friend could help me. I asked for a complaint to be filed because I was looking to be compensated for how much this disrupted my time constrained night. I was told I would be contacted in the morning (2023/05/10) and never was. I was planning to be done by 12am but didn't get to my destination until after then because the long wait caused me to get stuck in highway construction hours, extending my driving time. I didn't get the uhaul back until 230 am because of the wait, in which I'm happy that the employee at least extended the length of my rental. Overall, I am not happy with the customer service provided. I have used uhaul many times but this will be my second issue in a row using this company, specifically with customer service, and I will not plan on using it again.Paige B.
When I went to get the van the manager (Johnny DeCruze) was busy on a personal call, so I had to wait! He was very unprofessional, just handed me the keys and I had to go outside to find which van it was in the parking lot. The van was covered with snow and ice, and thanks to my husband for waiting that he ended up cleaning the van for me. When I returned the van, I made sure I filled the tank with gas, and he still charged me extra for the milage. Was not impressed with this location and will not be going back.Carla D.
