I dropped off the trailer after hours and it is almost impossible to get the trailer off the trailer hitch ball and on the ground. It’s a Very Dangerous Situation.
Mike bI don’t know why U-Haul does not include jacks with their trailer rentals… there are many situations when moving where it is needed to back a trailer into a parking space made for a single car and unhitch it for loading (my situation was one of them). It also would be much easier on employees when helping customers hitch and unhitch trailers. Those 6x12 trailers are a lot of weight! Even as a 25yo I would prefer not to lift one on my own…. Please add jacks to every trailer rental that stay with the trailer to help both customers and employees.
