Have employees check if equipment is clean when it is returned. When I got my equipment, the back of the cargo van was dirty with leaves. Clearly not swept or cleaned out after use.

Location did not have access to enough parking spaces for moving trucks. I was told that I would have to go to a different location to drop the truck off (although I was able to leave the truck there after talking with the store owner who happened to be there when I arrived. Had he not been there, I would have been forced to go to a different drop off site). At no point was I contacted or told about this issue even though uhaul had 2 different phone numbers to contact and my email. This is not the fault of the people running the store (who were very nice and accommodating), but uhaul should reconsider using locations that have limited space as this seemed to be the source of all the issues we had.

I ordered for 13:00 to pick up the truck, but I have to wait until 3:00to get the truck. I don't understand why this location didn't reserve the truck for me, and I have to wait for others returning the truck, instead.

The gas was not were was supposed to and I still filled.I was not reimbursed. The truck was dirty inside . I had to put my stuff in a dirty truck.The person I delt with did not care..

Two full cups of coffee were left in the truck from a previous renter. An engine light warning was on from the moment I started the truck & stayed on for the time I had it. No pre or post inspection of the truck with a representative. All in all, a very lax process.

The van i hired was stinking like horse shit not sure why. That smell made the experience so horrible. Atleast a hygiene check should be done. Not happy guys.

The only issue I came across was, I reserved 12 pads for my move...upon arriving at store was informed that another customer had taken all 24. From that response I gathered the location only had 24. I beleive that if I was unable to get the required pads that the reserve portal should have prompted me that none were available . The customer service for pickup and drop off were excellent. Reservation was wrong AND the roof of the truck had a large leak. On the last of our three day rental, my boxes and furniture got soaked.

The equipment requested was not on the truck and the Hasty Market agent was limited as to how he could alter the bill. Felt a little hokey which I suggest to address. If you are going to localize the operation you need to figure out how to support these local locations.

Back of the cargo van was full of dirt when I picked it up and spent 30 min having to clean it out before loading my furniture.

Make it clear that it is not a drop box and rather you have to go in the mini mart to drop off the key. Spent 10 minutes running around the parking lot looking for the drop box as per the instructions in the self-drop off app.

The attendant did not tell me that I had to come back in in the moment if the fuel gage was off. My fuel gage also wasn't working properly as it dropped significantly once I drove across the parking lot but had not even gotten into the road. I was penalized for multiple mistakes that were not mine. The male attendant that I dealt with during my drop off was as helpful as he could be but overall not impressed with the situation

The truck had a message about checking an anti-skid something or other so I could not see the mileage. But the attendant was nice so I took his word for it. I did call once during the trip but no one answered the phone though ...

Too much wait time and the person who was doing the paperwork asked me if I want the insurance, I told no. But when I returned the truck, I noticed that the bill included the insurance fee of $15. I ask them to reimburse it, but they told me to go to a main Uhaul location. It is a headeache.

The gas level indicated on the contract was wrong but when this was pointed our to the agent before the start of the rental there was no difficulty whatsoever. Very satisfied.

Discovered when we got there that this location does not have blankets etc. even though we had pre-ordered them. This should have been mentioned on-line beforehand.
