on pick up the representative did not come out to check the truck's condition and mileage and made me sign the paper work first. when i got to loading my stuff in the back there was a lot of garbage in the back that was not removed from the previous renter that got in the way of my move. i was pretty disappointed with the experience.

Make sure people understand that the pick up spot may not be the same as what you chose. I got caught up not realizing the pick up location was not the one I chose.

Get rid of bringing the gas receipt. Very annoying and not necessary at uhaul locations.

The truck was damaged with two tears in the top front of the roof, which resulted in considerable water getting into the truck storage area. As this was the only 15' truck available at this site, I had no choice. Trucks should be repaired before being rented to new customers. The inside of the truck was very dirty, with cement or drywall throughout the cab and storage area. Not what I was expecting from Uhaul.

The cargo van we used had not been cleaned in some time, smelled like smoke, an airbag warning was on, and the horn did not work (which the attendant was aware of and mentioned to us). I think that the airbag warning and broken horn have been issues since at least July, 28, 2017 - because I noticed this in an earlier review. The rental process was quick and easy, and the attendant was polite.

The hasty marcet, your agent, behaves very very bad. He doesnt recognize the uhaul renter as a costumer. When he was doing the sreps for me whenevere another costumer arrives to buy a thing fron his super market he paused my work and worked for the new costumer. It seems that there are two grades of costumer: grade one ( supermarket costumers, grade 2: uhal costumers). Disappointing.

the store that i picked up my UHaul and equipment was fine, it was just 20KM away from my apartment. Our desired pickup location was 5KM from our apartment, but when we got our reservation invoice via email, it said that we had to use this one. It added a lot of KM to our trip which means extra money that we had to pay. Every single other aspect of our experience was exceptional, and the clerks were fantastic and helpful.

The back of the uhaul was muddy and needed to be cleaned before we loaded the truck. It slowed down our move significantly.

i was told a hold would be put on my credit card, no problem. But when I returned it the charges were much less. The attendant said only the actual charges would go through. Not the case. Presently the higher amount has been charged to my card. I assume this will be corrected????

This location was short of moving blankets. I needed at least a dozen.I was given a bag of blankets and told there was six, and no more available. Actually there was only five ! Count your blankets before you leave.

Make the hours of reservation less confusing - I somehow managed to go from having an 18 hour reservation (5pm to 11am the next day) to a 6 hour reservation (5pm to 11pm). Not sure how that happened.

The inside cab of this truck was DIRTY! Cup holders with filth in them, old fries on the floor, the inside of the windshield was so dirty I thought it was fogged up! Ridiculous!

The local number was useless - it only gave a 1-800 number which provided no information specific to the pick-up location. The people at the store seem to have no interest in customer service, preferring to blame everything on 'the company'. Another customer was complaining as I dropped off the truck that the vehicle reserved for him was 'broken' and that he had received no advance notice, no substitute offers but only the 1-800 number where they could complain to someone else.

I had very bad experience with the equipment. I was told that it was broken on back, unfortunately it was broken on the top and everything I was moving got wate given the rain we had in the region. You shouldn't be renting broken equipment because it cost costomer more than what I rented it for. I regret for being treated like this. Broken equipment should be fixed before renting to the costomer.

The store staff were good even when the store got busy while we were returning. The one thing - I always check the vehicle before leaving and we did notice some minor surface scratches that they had not documented - he had him come out to check it before we left.

The customer service was slow and poorly trained. The clerk tried charging me twice. Good thing I have text alerts for my credit card to notice that I was already charged and he even tried to argue that the alert was wrong. Avoid this location. It's worth it to go to the main location with people who know what they're doing.

Our truck had several large holes in the roof. All of our belongings were soaking wet and several wooden shelves were completely ruined. The staff at the store responded with sarcasm and contempt.
