Personal assistance, as in SOMEONE on the property to help w pre-check in and drop off goes a LONG way. Taking pictures uploading, answering questions repeatedly is cumbersome and time consuming plus opens UHaul up to multiple & AVOIDABLE mistakes if a HUMAN was present. I asked for 2 dollys, there was only 1 in the truck and was charged for 4 - all avoidable if a HUMAN being was present vs having to make customer service calls to challenge and correct (2 of them). The manager of this place just passed the buck to Customer Service since this place is closed on the weekends - the majority of moves take place OVER THE WEEKEND not during the week.
