Check engine light. Back door flew open once moved out of park. Hard time starting. Owner of Storage Place sooooo unhelpful

JEFFREY PPhone never answered, no one there when I went to get the truck. The service engine light was on. I had signed up for pick up using my phone, but was not able to as I got a message that no truck was assigned to my reservation. Eventually an attendant arrived, solved the reservation problem and I left a half hour late. Looks like I was charged for the half hour. All very disappointing and frustrating.
