As I pulled in, there was no one in the lobby. The employee approached my family asking why we didn't pull into the drop off location, which was not immediately noticeable. I came out and he continued his harassment asking my family again and then me why I didn't pull into the drop off location - didn't I see the sign and wasn't I told when I picked up the trailer. He made me back up about 10 feet with my family in the car closer to the drop location. The employee again asked if I couldn't read the sign, at that point, I was growing upset and said, “stop being a smart ass and finish my drop off”. Although my comment was deemed “vulgar”, his' approach was uncalled for and evident of extremely poor customer service. On 11/13 I attempted to rent another trailer and found I was flagged. I never reported the incident on 10/19, so this later date was a surprise and frustrating. A call and message to the regional manager fixed the eAlert, but a follow up call was not returned. Again, extremely poor customer service and I will likely not be renting from this location or region again. Leadership is from the top down and if I cannot even speak to the manager, then that is indicative of poor service throughout the region. I will take my future rental needs and business elsewhere.

Guy at counter didn't even show me the truck & then told me it was parked in “U” when it was actually 3 spaces down & we had to try every door along the way to find the actual truck we rented. I couldn't get anyone in that office to answer the phone regarding my return & had to speak to someone at the main number who then got hung up on by the store & had to call them back while I waited on hold. I tried to return the truck via the online check in & it kept telling me it couldn't read my location even tho I chose to share it & even tried it from my husbands phone to ensure it was just the website glitching. I couldn't get anyone in the office to contact me back after the return & now my card was overcharged & I still can't reach anyone to correct it. Last time I rented a U-Haul I had issues as well & then it took 3 months & 7 phone calls to get a refund that I was due per my return receipt. I will never use U-Haul again & that's a shame because I've been a customer since the 90s, who moves a lot & has moved cross country 6x using U-Haul!! Never again.

I didn't get my 9:00 rental until 9:45. The customer service representative complained openly to everyone in the building about 9:00 AM reservations, and made me feel like we inconvenienced him to be there. The gentleman receiving the returned rental was a pleasant person and made that experience simple and quick. I will be returning to uhaul for future moves, but will absolutely be skipping this location.

Make sure to tell the customer to check gas gage on the paper document and to return it to that level. We filled the truck up to where we saw the gas gage inside the vehicle when we took the truck. I guess it differed from their drawing and they charged us $21 more dollars after we put in over $20 at the pump ourselves. We only used about 10 gallons..
