I forgot my keys in the truck and when I called she told me they were there after I looked at home for 2 hours. Why wouldn't they just call and tell me I left them

It was a great experience. Only thing that I didn't like was that we brought back the truck 1 1/2 hr early and didnt get credit for it

The customer service representative (lady) was unpleasant when I arrived at 1:30 pm vs 1:00 pm. She said greeted me with "You're late" and required my license and debit card, even though I mentioned that I already pre-registered on-line. So this took more time. At the end of my trip I called and said I was running late, and she was rude on the phone and said "I told you to be back at 4:00. If we lose this next reservation, you are going to be charged $50". I said "Okay and apologized" She wasn't professional. Coaching opportunity. I arrived at 4:30 and the next person in line for the truck just started checking in. The other representative (man) was very nice and said you are fine. She isn't even ready yet. So, no lost opportunity. I would wait in line to avoid this customer service rep in the future and talk to someone nice and professional.

I usually do not complain but I came to u-haul with the thought that they were there to help me. Boy was i wrong! This whole experience from start to finish was awful. The girl at the front desk the night i came to pick up my truck was very inexperienced and should not have been by herself. She gave me the wrong change...twice. She charged me for 2 things i didn't ever receive and kept me waiting for 25 minutes in the lobby & still i got charged for 24 hours from my "pick up time" which was nearly 55 minutes before i left. It was awful. Dropping my truck off was even worse, the same girl was there again only with two other people who let her do her job terrible again while they sat back and listened. I asked to have the charges explained to me but she kept telling me it in Chinese multiple times. FINALLY a staff member that was sitting in the room behind us was ushered out to save the day. I was almost charged for fuel even though i was past the line i was supposed to be at. (i had just put fuel in the truck across the street before drop off time). Thank god i walked out to the truck myself with the paper showing my total and asked why i was being charged. ABSOLUTELY, without a doubt, i will be going somewhere else if i ever decide to move again in my life. I would even pay more than they charged me just to avoid this place. It was absolutely not worth the headache or time. I would have loved a refund of some sort to compensate my time. And this is "summing up" what happened to me.

Get more help, bot have the computers down, not change the rating hf way through use. The returning of a vehicle procedure is horrible!!!! Our experience was very unpleasant and makes us never want to tent a truck again.

Hire more people. There were only 2 people visibly working on a busy Saturday. One person behind the counter and one person outside checking out the trucks and he had to stop to get Dolly's for the lady inside. He was great, said it was his 2nd day of work. Very polite and professional young man. He did awesome ??.

when I rented the truck on line I was told the truck rental included 130 miles. When I got to the drop off point I was told I was over 9 miles. miles in 73546.70. miles out 73415.70. a usage of 131 miles. When I got to the drop-off point the contract showed miles allowed 122. NO EXPLANATION except pay the bill.
