The woman on the phone and the woman in the store gave different accounts of available equipment and costs. The trailer we had didn’t have a working blinker. If we wanted a different one we’d have to pay more. Too many different charges and accounts of what was due. Not an easy process

Customer service was awful. Ed Strahler traffic manager in Cleveland was rude and inconsiderate on my opinion and complaint that I had about one of his employees. I will follow my complaint up to the highest level and make sure that everyone that I know and come in contact with to never rent from Uhaul in Cleveland Ohio .

The custo.er service here was non existent. There was Instant attitude from the moment we walked in. Then pretty much everything I was told on the phone when I initially reserved the truck wasnt the same as what I was told in store. The amount t they charged wasnt the same as what I was told it would be. I got the bill and aside from the initial 20 I paid to reserve the truck there was a 36 dollar charge when it was supposed to be another 20 dollars and a environmental fee. I dont know where the other 16 dollars went to. Then I was called and asked to return some glasses the previous customer left in the truck. So I had to use my mileage to return someone else shit and I didnt get a break or discounted rate at all for stopping what I was doing to drop the dam glasses off.Then I was told to do a return online for the truck since they closed at 7, but the custo.er service woman didnt tell me I would need to take pictures of the mileage and truck and stuff. So when I returned my truck I couldnt properly finish the return because I had already put the keys in the door before I did the return so had no way to open the truck to give the right pictures because I had already locked it and out the key in the drop slot on the door on the side of the building. So maybe next ti.es leave your customers a little better informed. But I definitely will not be back there. And definitely am not happy with the experience whatsoever. I actually deserve some money back for the waste of gas and mileage that I paid to hurry and drive 20 miles to get back and give her the glasses for that other customer. I shouldnt of had to pay full price after wasting my miles and gas that i paid for like i said. But I wont be back like I said

I received a call after I turned the vehicle in stating that I had damaged something in the interior. I returned and had to provide the pictures that I had taken prior to me driving the vehicle out if the rental facility. I'm glad I had prove to provide the damage was there before my rental.

My check-in experience was extremely tainted due to the agent. Seemed to be the higher ranking employee. Rude, combative, argumentative, not a good customer service experience. The other agent(newer agent) was lovely.

Drop off was quick and efficient. I will reiterate charging "over mileage" is a bit ridiculous when you didn't even give me a chance to tell you how many miles I'd be driving and your "allotment" was less than my single trip.

Truck was extremely dirty inside. Windshield was so dirty it was hard to see out it. Truck looked like it was wrecked. Bad damage all the way around. I sent picks to U-haul over it.

Reserved for 12 hours at 10 a.m. and they told me if I didn't bring the truck back at 8 p.m. I'd be charged $50. What?!? That isn't right at all. Then we were told that the reason we needed to return it by 8 p.m. is because there was another reservation... Well the other reservation wasn't until 8 a.m. the next day?! Too much added stress from a company that overcharges for truck rental. I would rather carry my furniture on the roof of my car than return to this location. I will never recommend this place to ANYONE and the bad word will be spread to family and friends. Get a clue.

Clearly state on your website and in your stores that "after hours return" automatically incurs a $20.00. When I checked in I was told that if I didn't follow the after hours check-in procedure on my cell phone I would be charged $20.00 so I made sure to start that process. I signed in "at the location" as required, I waited there but received no email response which I was told was on the way. I drove home and checked my email again and still nothing was there. I called the next morning and was told they would send the receipt to my email. This DID come but with the $20.00 After Hours Service Fee tacked on. All any consumer would ask is that you be up-front with all fees that might be incurred so that I would have budgeted properly. Now instead of the presumed $40.98 payment and additional $21.60 was charged.....not cool.

Truck got terrible gas mileage. Cost $30 in fuel to go 53 miles. Less than 4 mph. Felt like it was misfiring.
