I scheduled my rental one month in advance. This was not the location I requested or promised by the customer rep on the phone. The afternoon before I was to pick up my rental, I receive a txt telling me my location change. When I called about it, the person basically said, “oh well, this is all we have if u want to rent it”. When I picked up my rental, the info in your system was all wrong and the agent at the store had to update everything correctly. I believe Uhaul knowingly misleads customers with promises they know they will not keep. I believe Uhaul is so intent on not loosing a rental, they use tactics that force customers to comply with their changes, do all the leg-work, in order to save their plans. Uhaul sits back and collects the money. I know better now and Uhaul will not be my first choice again. Nor will I recommend them on any social media sites or personal conversations.

Guy at the desk when I checked in couldn’t find me by name or phone number. Had me convinced I had wrong location until I pulled up my email. Then his co worker found me right away. He needs more training.

Horrible no parking I had to park 1/4 mile away the worker told me no parking in their parking lot I had to park in dollar general as there where several spots available but they where reserved for the box trucks but other cars where parked there took a picture and same cars where there when I got I asked the employee he had both to say do not feel comfortable at all parking my car in another parking lot around the corner from where I got the truck from never ever go to that place again will drive farther man hole covers missing in parking lot Don’t forget to get hit by a car when you’re crossing the street a quarter-mile to park your personal vehicle place sucks very busy location traffic wise but they ask you to park in a supermarket parking lot across the street and down the street as there was a lot of Nother car sitting in the driveway in the parking spots maybe because I have a $40,000 car I have no idea very very very uncomfortable

Truck was worn out, handled very bad. Even the staff at the location joked with each other, saying I don’t know why they rent that truck out. Then said that the doors lock themselves and don’t leave the key in the ignition, and that you have to put the key in upside down for it to work.

I want a call from customer service. My reservation was rescheduled, then I had to wait an additional half hour because it still wasn't ready, the truck was dirty, the representative was extremely rude inside the store, so I called customer service and they placed me on hold for 82 minutes before they hung up, tried to speak to someone via online chat and they ended the conversation on me as well. I will NEVER use this horrible company again. I will be posting on all social media forums until someone with some professionalism responds.

At 8am, there was only one staff to check people in during this busy time, which created more than 15 minutes delay for the rental process. The seat of the truck were ripped, in a bad condition.

We have used this 26' truck 2 different times within the has few weeks and it needs repair terribly. It drive all over the road, missing a shock and numerous other items. Should be replaced before someone gets hurt. Your customer service line is also very bad. waited 40 minutes for some to answer and they still could not help us.

We thought we were to pick up at one place and then were directed to another location once we arrived. Luckily it wasn't too far but would have been great to have been notified in advance. Also we originally requested to have furniture blankets in the truck as we placed the request online, but they were not included as requested.

I was billed for two rental days for a motorcycle trailer and I've seen waiting on hold for 45 minutes and no resolution as of today. This is a simple fix that had now wasted too much of my personal time. If this can't be resolved fully. I will never use or recommend uhaul again.

The truck was supposed to have slightly more than a half tank of gas when we picked it up. It had slightly less. The app you're supposed to use when you return a truck after hours didn't work and they tried to charge me for another day. Had to call to sort that out and got put on hold by one girl. Had to call back then Shane got it taken care of.

I arrived promptly at 7:00am to pick up. The doors opened a few minutes late. The assistant manager asked for my name, but never confirmed any other details of my reservation. She also didn’t notice that the name on my credit card wasn’t the same as the reservation she had pulled up. She wound up renting me another customer’s truck (similar last names). We both had 26’ trucks, but were destined for very different areas. If I hadn’t gone back in to have them correct the fuel level (which was WAY off), the mistake would have been caught too late. To make matters worse, immediately after she gave me the keys she LEFT THE STORE in the hands of one employee with a room full of customers. It took almost an hour to get everything sorted out.

Had to travel 30 minutes OUT-of-the- WAY, since your East 55th / Chester Ave. location did NOT have the Truck Available...upon our pick-up at the reserved time & date. This placed our schedule behind an extra hour PLUS had to fill the tank up with added gas (due to the added miles. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR FLEET SERVICE nor RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE AGAIN!
