I was in a hurry, when we picked up the van it was way on the other end of parking lot. It was parked so tight I couldn't get in the driver side I got in the passenger side and crawl over. Off we left. When we got to my home we discovered we could not open the driver door from the outside. Absolutely terrible and dangerous. To went a truck in that condition if I got in an accident no one would be able to help get me out because my door wouldn't open from the outside. I feel I should get some kind of rebate or credit towards renting another one. We told the person when we returned it. No response. Don't you care about your customers.

Service was slow and cumbersome. Had to wait in line for an hour in order to receive my truck. That delayed my move significantly. Only one employee was there at the moment. Nobody was helping her. The line was long and people were nervous. Some lost their patience and left.

Nothing to improve. I've watched this location evolve from when it first opened earlier this year. Such an impressive facility. Paul was exceptional. He could not have been more helpful throughout the entire process. That included the booking, making sure I had a good truck, and a system for providing flexibility for my rental return. I appreciate all that he did for me.

1. Pretty pricey to rent cargo van with the extra ins. Lots of added fees on the flat rate, then there is mileage and fuel. It was a great van and suited my needs extremely well, but was expensive. It’s very convenient that the system automatically calculates the best package value for you. Received multiple calls telling me that I should secure booking of a vehicle as they were in high demand, after I had already picked up the van and even one when I had already returned it. Overall the experience was good, no waiting to pick up, no waiting to drop off, very efficient system at this location, but I did feel it was a expensive.

Overall I am not very happy with the rental. I was gaven a defective trailer.The trailer did not handle well on the way down (it swayed). Upon loading the trailer I could not travel over 50 mph, as it would sway so much my abs on the truck would activate. I pulled into a parking lot. Changhed the htich around. Thinking this was the problem. Well no help. I pulled into a commuter lot and spent the night, as it was too dangrous to travel at night. The next morn. around 6am I continued to travel. Pulled into a rest stop as was not comfortable. Apon stopping noticed right rear tire was blown on trailer. Waited 90 min. for truck. Only to find out leaf spring was also broken. As Trailer was only 2/3 full. I know it was not over waited. Then had to unload trailed on grass at rest stop. Reload new one. Then able to countue on move. And guess what the trailer could go saftey to 55 mph. In short, I shound have never been givien a trailer with a broken spring. The replacement smelled with diesel fuel and needed to have a tire replaced as well. As this is dangerous. Also wasted a lot of my time, I had to take a extra day off wk. to handle the problem.

The employees were fine my issue is not with them. The computer system was slow continually crashed and had me wait 45 mins at the desk just to get checked out. Very bad experience because of the speed of service. I would steer anyone I know clear of uhaul

I made an online reservation before closing time on the night before the reservation. I received two separate emails confirming my pick up time of 9:30 am, with a 6 hour rental time. When I arrived at the location, I was told that my reservation wasn't until 1:30 pm. When i showed him my confirmation emails, the representative looked into the discrepancy and said that the system had (somehow) reserved me a truck that wasn't available, and that U-Haul corporate had tried to contact me via either email, phone, or both shortly after the reservation was made. However, I had no emails, and no missed calls. The rep scoured around and eventually found a larger truck that I could take, on the condition that I return it by 2:00 pm, which was 1.5 hours shorter than my reserved rental window. I agreed, because I had no other choice, and was just barely able to return the truck by 2:00. The representatives at the location were incredibly helpful, but there are obviously problems with the corporate reservation and customer service departments.
