There is a problem the agent didn’t check in the 15’ truck but checked in the car trailer. First off the assigned return place couldn’t take it then we had to go to another place and then agent didn’t check the truck in. This is so very frustrating!!!

The manager was somewhat puzzled as to why I dropping the equipment off, he stated he has advised U-Haul he has too much equipment and to suspend drop-offs. He was very accommodating and took the equipment. The manager was apologetic of the twisted and continually loosening wheel straps and stated he would take the equipment out of service pending any needed repairs.

I initially attempted to drop the truck off at a dealer that was closer to my house and was turned away. Owner cited they did not have space to park the vehicle and would be harassed by police if they tried to retain it at their location. Made me take vehicle to this alternative location which was much more friendly and accommodating of the customers needs. Would recommend reconsideration of the other dealers affiliation as the premises was difficult to find and highly cluttered to the point of containing hazards concerning to a customers safety.

The reservation and return process is misleading. I had to file a complaint and wait 3 days for resolution. No one that I could speak to the day of the problem is empowered to solve the issues - useless to me. Ultimately lied to buy U-Haul agents. The resolution did provide the requested adjustment, but I spent too much personal time resolving an U-Haul problem.

The gates were open but no one was on site. It was easy to drop off the keys and contract however and I received a confirmation via e-mail shortly after I left.

Uhaul screwed up the reservation big time. The reservation in the app showed a different location for pickup, even though JK called us the day before to confirm. That made picking up the keys before hours impossible. The guy there was very kind and was get to help get me out quickly because I was already an hour behind. He didn't know what happened because we were on his list right from the beginning. The location was great but Uhaul in general is terrible. This is the second poor experience I have had with Uhaul. It's also my second and probably last experience with Uhaul.

The truck has been marked with stickers all over. This truck looks like it had been abused. I originally ordered a truck through American Stone and Tile. When I showed up they informed me that the truck was not available and I'd have to wait until the next day. I had to cancel 20 people who were showing up at my house. Some were able to reschedule and come the following day, but since it was Saturday, many already had other plans. We were providing pizza for the help, and already had it ordered when we were told the truck was unavailable. This disrupted the entire schedule. We then had to load the truck and drive over 600 miles all in one day. We didn't reach our destination until almost 3 AM due to this mishap. I was told that Uhaul left me a message informing me of the lack of no truck. This message wasn't received. I had an email confirmation that turns out wasn't a confirmation at all. I was rudely treated and nobody was willing to offer any suggestions to give us aid. We were told that a $50 credit would be refunded, but we never saw that either. My overall experience has nothing to do with the location, but everything to do with Uhauls inability to schedule their trucks or ensure that I'm contacted when a mishap happens. One call didn't get through to me when I'm working all day and get off in time to rush over and get the truck. Uhaul could have called again to ensure I received the message. They could have emailed and texted. Had I received the message, I would have been able to resume with my schedule. This was a misfortunate experience which leaves me to have very little respect for Uhaul.

Not impressed. When I pulled up there was a big hand-painted banner hung on the external gate that said "DO NOT BLOCK THE GATE!" When I dropped the truck off, there were 3 other customers there that, like myself, had no real idea what we needed to do. No employee was present to help us with returning the equipment. We all just put our contracts and keys in the box on the gate and hoped for the best. I was concerned that the transaction would be completed appropriately. Sure enough... I received an email on Monday morning titled "U-Haul Equipment Not Returned" stating that I hadn't returned the truck and that they had attempted to contact me with the number on my contract (Never got a call even though the number on my contract was accurate and I had been getting text messages from UHAUL throughout the process. I called the 800 number on the email and waited 15 minutes before an apathetic employee told me to call the location where I dropped off the truck. (Should probably just put that advice in the email) I called the Pleasant Grove location and spoke with a confused employee that said that he had already put all the returns into the computer, that he didn't recognize my name, and that he would "figure it out". The email also asked me to reply and answer questions regarding where I dropped the truck off which I did. I noticed that at the bottom of the email was a message that said that replies would go to an email inbox that was not monitored. Can't make this crap up. Fortunately, a very nice lady from U-Haul called me today from a local number to ask about the "missing" truck and I told her that I had dropped it off at the Pleasant Grove location approximately 6 hours after I picked it up in Farmington. She told me that she would take care of it. Shortly after that call, I got my receipt via email from U-Haul along with a request to submit this review.

The employee assisting me was not familiar with the Uhaul pick-up process, so it took much longer than necessary as he asked me for information that I had already filled out when making the reservation. The truck’s engine was running when I arrived and seemed to have been running for a while before I got there (the cab was freezing from the AC running). Even though the truck had been idling and burning the gas, the employee marked the fuel gauge as “full”. This was frustrating because I would now be paying for the gas that he had been burning sincerely before I had arrived.
