The man working the counter was nice. I reserved a van the night before, and was told at 10:04am (my reservation was at 10) that a van wasn't available. Then when I got there, I was told they needed to run a credit card, though my information had already been input. Then they took my partner's credit card. I have no idea (yet) if he was also charged.

I cannot think of anything. The check out process was quick and I was able to pick up the truck just about 5 minutes after walking through the door. The only possible deterrent was that there were not many visually available trucks, but that did not affect us.

Emilio was phenomenonal !!! Very professional, courteous, respectful, kind, with friendly & trusting demeanor & very understanding & patient. I was so overwhelmed & stressed because i had to move out of my place too quickly & mostly by myself. Emilio had a way of helping me calm down & feeling like things were going to be ok. He went through rental truck with me on every detail i needed to know. In past, I've always had trouble with truck rental places trying to scam me & with holding information that would have helped me. With this agency, both men i dealt with were genuine & down-to-earth & honest. Emilio was exceptional. Wonderful service & an amazing man! :-)

I did not look at the gas gauge before we left and the guy who waited on me did not either. Unfortunately for me I had to pay $30.00 to fill it to the line they said it was at. I went 21 miles and paid $ 30.00 for that trip. Next time I will go to a place that has staff there all day.

The location was not the problem, UHaul and the app was. I arrived on time at 7 a.m. as scheduled and had to wait ONE HOUR before I was able to get verified online. Absolutely terrible and when I tried to call, there were no agents to answer the phone. C’mon UHaul, you can do better than that!

Quit sending so many emails, add an opt out option, and quite sending emails from unmonitored email boxes. It is not customer friendly.

I rent from this location quite frequently as it is close to my house. Sometimes I book online and go through the extra steps to check-in because it's supposed to cut my time in half. This has never happened! In fact almost every time, whom ever is helping me says something about the system either crashing or doing something wrong and they have to redo the reservation all over again. So I don't know if they need a new computer over there or what but somebody needs to step up and solve the problem.

I usually go to the u haul on 82 but I decided to call ahead. And the phone went to foster location. The girl told me they did not have any small trucks or pick ups available in the next hour and I was trying to move a freezer before I had to go to work at 5. It was about 11:30 am. She told me she had a truck for $29.95 plus mileage and gas. I agreed. As I just wanted to get it moved. As I am driving to pick up truck the guy that works there callls me and asks me if there is a problem? I reply no He said he closes at 1 pm and wanted to know if if was on my way. I was very close. I was not told they close at 1. Then when I cashed out I had already paid over the phone and I was charged for insurance and extra taxes and some fee I was not told about! I have rented 3 trucks in the last few months from you and never had this problem before. I feel I was completely over charged and lied too! On top on it the guy called the next day in the morning wanting to know where the truck was? Usually you have it for 24 hours. He kindly told me he wouldn't charge me for an extra day if I retuned it soon. He also told me I rented it for 3 hours for $67!! Plus gas! And miles!? I could have gone with Penske got a discount for AAA and had free miles but I always use you! I am very disappointed! Deanna Stark

Excellent service and the trailer was clean and worked well. Suggestion -- answer the phone more frequently. We ended up driving to the rental office to reserve the trailer when we couldn't get through on the phone.

One guy managing a convenience store and uhaul counter, he kept pausing my transaction to help the store's customers and keep an eye on browsers. After I returned the trailer, and I noted the charges on my credit card, they started calling me to tell me they needed my security number to close the rental....but i had already been charged! I will never use this facility again. It was run down, and not what i expect from a uhaul dealer.

The most incompetent uhaul dealer I have ever dealt with. Such poor service and absolutely no idea what was going on with my reservation that I made on the phone two days previously. After over an hour of haggling with both the dealer and the traffic department we were able to receive keys to the uhaul truck. I never use this dealer again. And I will seriously consider ever using uhaul again. Unorganized mess on a day when I needed this company to come through for me.

I used the express online check-in (prepaid and entered our license information) and yet it took about a 20-30 minutes to get the truck. It took quite a while for him to confirm payment. He wasn't very friendly and he didn't inform us that we could have requested additional mileage.

lower the price? When we picked up the truck it was 5/16 full of gas. When we returned it it was 5/8 full. I haven't seen the receipt as yet but I hope we are given credit for the difference. And I think $1.39 or .99 per mile is a little outlandish. I will favor looking into competitive offers in the future.
