Reservation was wrong took a long time to straighten out. Truck was dirty inside and out cargo area was clean.
BRIAN J.They had sent thier debit card machine for repair weeks ago and never got a back up. If they send a machine for repair uhaul should absolutely make sure they have a loaner or back up.
Matthew A.The auto trailer was not inspected before I picked it up. I could not read the instructions on the trailer as they wore off. The attendant did not know/could not explain all of the safety features on the trailer.I had to watch the videos and get friends to help. ALL the nuts on ALL the tires were loose- some were finger loose. I had to take it to a tire shop to have inspected and have all nuts tightness and tires adequately inflated. The safety features of the braking system of the trailer was not explained. If this trailer was used and wasn't looked at, most likely wheels would have fallen off due to lack of inspection. I am in awe of the poor condition of this trailer. I had 1800km to travel. The safety of me, passenger and all other drivers were at stake. Poor safety check and inspections in UHaul.
Heather B.I had requested moving blankets when I did my reservation, one the reservation doesn't say it's an additional charge per day for those blankets but I was charged full price for 12 blankets when they could only provide 6. The guy had no idea how to check the oil in the truck. My husband had to show him how to open the hood. Would be appropriate to rent a truck out full of fuel so it can be returned full. Rather than return with a quarter of a tank. How much is a quarter of a tank. One way for it to be returned with more fuel in it then when it left and on someone else's dime.
