The equipment requested and reserved was not in the truck. Also the furniture blankets were not in the case. The seal was broken and blankets left in the truck.
JUSTIN SPersonnel were listed as not helpful because it was after house and no one was around. kind of a dumb question to require an answer to for an after hours drop off.after hours drop off was not exactly clear where to leave the truck. otherwise it was still easy.
