Parce que le personnel donne la machine au client à 1/4 de la tunque sans nommer au client qu’on doit remette le véhicule avec l’essence. Ce qui fait que lorsqu’on ne lit pas tous les règlement en plus de payer la location, l’essence au prix du kilométrage vous vous retrouvez à nous faire payer un 30$ de plus soit justifiant l’histoire du 1/4. Pour ma part je trouve cela très bas de ne pas le dire à la clientèle qui se retrouve à payer une somme sans Bon sens.

CHRISTOPHER CThere was no washing fluid in the truck, it is very dangerous. The web site did not evaluate the rate correctly and I was charged more than the first estimate. The information was very hard to get and not available in the language of the majority of Québec's population.
