All went well, had problems with the procedure on my phone as the station was unmanned. Called U-haul and the guy took me through the procedure. He was kind and helpful and had a great sense of humor. Made the experience a good one.

Things happen, but it took a really long time for the agent to rent out my truck that was sitting right in the parking lot. Something with a confusion over vehicles. I'm patient and I had time, but it took over half an hour. Not everyone has that kind of time. I also understand that ownership changed recently, so things happen that way too. Truck wasn't dirty, but the back hadn't been swept or blown out. It should at least be blown out. It felt like a table at a restaurant that hadn't been wiped clean before being given a seat by the hostess.
Peter M.The uhaul location down the road assisted me with getting the lock open and also processing my payment. This location was mobile with mobile pickup but there were some issues so I had to go to the other one to finish it. Mike was great!
