There were thrift items stacked infront of the trailer, and I had to ask for help in removing them. Some were heavy. I also had to ask for help in lifting the trailer hitch to the back of the truck. The person who was sent was a young teen and he was not able to lift it either. I had to ask again to get another person to help us lift it. The trailer wheels were in a low spot in the gras and were difficult to move. Last I hooked up the chains, tightened the ball clamp, and did all the light checks with no assistance. This is not the same experience that I have had at the other locations that I used. My wife went inside to buy some packing tape, and they said they could only take cash. The only good news was that the trailer was clean and everything worked.

Melissa HI tried to upload pictures three times and the site wouldn’t take them. Turns out that there was damage which I have a picture of on my phone and was charged $250 with insurance. The pickup location needs to answer for why I was rented a damaged truck. The people helping me noted the damage., This is an expensive shortfall of the site and should be in the system from the last rental
suzanne gVery confusing rental! Charged then partial refund then recharged the refund to a different account! Wanted a One Day rental One Way! Was charged for a two Day One Way rental! Was told that ALL One Way rentals was a minimum TWO Day charge! Was charged Insurance without being told that I was being charged insurance! First time in 30 years since last U-Haul rental. Things have Changed! Had to hitched the trailer myself! Sorry but I am 78 yo with an injured back!
ROGER BThis was not my drop off location, I had a one way rental to Glen Burnie, MD. I answered NO to each question because the system would not accept without it. Again, this was not my drop off location.
