I didnt even use it the 2 days. We had to return it Sunday after 12, but place was closed. Ended up sittinf all weekend and not getting used. Carma Surprise

The employee at the front desk did what she could to be of assistance. However, the storage unit we had reserved weeks in advance was not available. There were no storage units available whatsoever. It was an extremely disruptive and inconvenient mistake by Uhaul, as we had just moved 1300 miles and had a truck full of our belongings needing storage.

This professional team at Cedarwood Warehouses in Rhinelander are the MOST CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, THOUGHTFUL AND THEY ARE WONDERFULLY PROFESSIONAL. This is my fourth dealing with them,, and what a GREAT experience. I would highly recommend this team and location!

was missing tie down in one corner witch meant i could NOT properly secure my load also had loose wire or something on running lights but only one of the 4 on the back was out but i was still pulled over by W.S.P. and given a warning to get it fixed so i let the office at u haul know about both problems

As soon as I pulled in the attendant showed me where to drop the trailer and unhooked the trailer. Did all the computer check in right there in the parking lot. Awesome job. Official U-Haul location much better than Mini Mart locations.
