MICHAEL WGreat location for our area. The staff bent over backwards to secure a car hauler for me, especially since the U-Haul system went down for a short period.
Mark Spicking up the trainer took 40 minutes. the gal from U-Haul was a pain in the ass. she kept asking me for a second person contact which I gave to her. Then all the sudden my contact info wasn't good enough for her. we went around on this for another 25-30 minutes. the company that I was renting it from just finally gave their phone number to her to shut her up and that seemed to finally work. The guys there at the rental company had no idea why she was having such a hard time with the info that was given to her.
