Everybody was not equally knowledgeable of the rules and procedures of u-haul. There were a few moments of miscommunication where i could have been penalized for receiving false information. This caused my overall score.

I reserved a truck at one of the many Freeport locations 10 days ahead of time but had to go to Rock City for a 10ft truck

Update the website the U-Haul vendor uses. They repeatedly got kicked off the server and it took forever to rent/return the truck.

My entire experience with Uhaul was poor. I had to drive 37 miles to get a trailer. That’s crazy in a town the size of Rockford, Il. Once I arrived at the pick up location I had to wait 20 minutes for attendant to start her computer. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to bring me the 24 moving blankets. Then I had to mop up water out of the trailer with a filthy towel they gave me. Also had no help hooking up the trailer. Very poor experience indeed.

The uhaul was too small. We used it last year and everything fit. This year it is too small and the load is the same

Excellent thank you

Balding tires should be unacceptable. It is unfortunate that I had no other options. The staff at this facility were great to work with, and apologized for the condition of the trailer. The U-Haul website leaves much to be desired. The inaccuracy in its published inventory for various locations proved to be quite problematic.
