Install a Dropbox for after hours returns. The current method is ok, but a regular Dropbox would be better.

Initially we were turned away because the "computer system is down". They directed us to another location where we were told they did not have the right vehicle and sent us back to 212 Harding. They did not give us the blue blankets as requested, but charged us. Also they made us fill out the form without assistance (mileage, gas level, etc). Overall was a messy, time consuming process which was extremely disappointing.

the agent was not happy to process the uhal transaction, this was a Midas location and the agent kept emphasing that he worked for Midas and not uhaul and he had no uhaul training. the truck had zero gas. the agent was not available when we returned the truck so we had to wait for him to reghrn as noone else at Midas was willing to assist us. also during the online order i opted out of the insurance but it appeared on my bill and i was charged for it. will not use uhaul again.

The vehicle was disgusting. Smelt like smoke, burn hole in seat, stains on seats, dent and dirty, dirty, dirty outside. Dents, scratches all over. Marking it up myself was bullshit. AND... Pretty sure it's illegal to rent out a vehicle with a low tire pressure warning light even after Midas filled the tires... The guy behind the counter was very nice...

I prefer uhaul locations (this was a Midas outfit). That being said, there is nothing wrong with it; they have different priorities, but the convenience if subcontracting the job outweighs it.

They gave me the wrong truck. I specifically rented a U Haul for the lift gate, as we were moving heavy furniture and this one did not have one ! They gave me wrong information as to where I could return my truck. I have had to call customer care 3X and still have not had closure. If you get this please have management contact me ASAP !

Shawn has good customer service. Its better to drop of the keys to an attendant, but the after hours is not bec theres no slot for drop off keys on the main door..

Provide vehicles with better exteriors. Ours had lots of nicks and dents.
