I dropped off after hours
ASHLEY WThe dolly and furniture dolly were not included with the truck
Wesley FWe picked up on Sunday and dropped off on Monday. They are not open those two days. You r expected to use the app which did not work properly. We spent an hour picking it up because we needed to call 1800uhaul and do it over the phone and thru email. A nightmare. The people were kind and did try to help us as best they could but if you r renting don't do it on a Sunday or Monday
