I would not recommend this location anymore as we wasted one hour and a half trying to contact customer service because the key was not there nor anyone for us to pick up the key for the vehicle Then finally they gave us the code for box number 1 in box number two and the keys were not there so then I had to call back U-Haul customer service over and over again until they were able to reach the owner of the establishment so they can provide us with the key and another half an hour by the time the owner came backand the owner that was her day off so definitely will not consider this location reliable
