Here's some recommendations for Uhaul (not this specific location): when someone reserves a truck online, only let them reserve equipment at a location if that equipment is ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. Then you WOULDN'T need to change their pick-up location the day before and screw up all their plans. Also, if there is a mistake in the system and the customer needs something very cheap to supply like moving blankets, UHAUL should go deliver those to the pick-up location rather than making the customer call 5 different stores for freaking blankets! This location was great, but Uhaul as a company sucks and I'll never use it again.
