JACK LI had a very frustrating experience with this U-Haul location. When returning the van, I was suddenly told that the spare tire and jack were “missing,” even though they were never in the vehicle when I picked it up. Nothing was shown to me during the walk-around inspection, and I shouldn’t be responsible for equipment that was never provided. On top of that, I noticed they added an insurance charge that I had specifically declined when making the reservation. It felt like they were trying to sneak in extra fees, which left me with the impression that customer honesty and transparency are not a priority here. I’ve rented from U-Haul before without issues, but this location has made me lose trust.
