Customer Service was terrible, was forces to wait outside of Office. The person that was in charge did not care about the customer. Treated me like convict after read my paper of information that I gave her. Was fighting with me about the information that I was given by the customer service personal that I spoke to when making the reservation.

U-Haul has failed to keep this location properly stocked with furniture pads, dollies, etc... If we hadn't hired moving help we would have not rented the truck because of the lack of furniture pads and dollies.

Location called me twice, sent me a text stating that they couldn't find the key even though I clearly dropped it in the drop-box. A half hour later, they called me to tell me that they found the key.

Truck was old and ran like a tank. Passenger side mirror was loose and adjusted with every bump or when the door got closed. Additionally, it felt out of alignment. Finally, the cargo area front left near the attic leaked.

Staff needs to be trained on customer service and know how to interact with customers. I had a very unpleasant experience, both in person and on the phone. Also, I was told different things , and some things that were unsaid. Bad surprise! Not happy at all.

I rented by internet, but when I went to pickup the truck had again to fill out all my information again, I chose 9 am but they open 9:30, I had to go next day to close the contract because never was closed

It seems someone from the company I work for rented a vehicle from this location. Somehow my personal account was used in this transaction. I called up to this location and was told I would receive a call back and never did. I sent an email asking for an explanation and why my information was used without permission and if this is normal policy. I never received a response. I don't recommend using this location and never will.

Three weeks ago I reserved a size track online. I also reserved blankets for our move. We arrive 30 minutes early and there was not even intended to help us. Finally the person came and they gave our truck away the night before and they had no blankets. We had to take a smaller truck. This was a huge impact and cost us a lot of extra money to do two trips with the movers. It was the worst move experience I have ever had with the customer service at the storage company who really did not even care. No support. They told me I had to call U-Haul and it was his fault because they had told them to give the truck away the day before. Also I was told that because I paid with a card and it was on hold, the next day they would refund the amount of the rental except for $19. 99. Today I see that the full amount went through on my card. Again this was the U-Haul office that told us they would give us that amount as a customer service positive to make up for the fiasco. Again, I was billed for 50+ dollars. Now I will have to spend more time calling yet another agent at you hard to tell them the whole story to get this refund. We have used your company many times and has been seamless. This time truly affected every part of a very busy time in our life. It makes me not want to use the company in the future.
