It's not necessary to wash the vehicle. I merely said the equipment wasn't clean on the outside. The inside was clean, and the vehicle seemed well maintained.

This is one of the very few U-Haul locations were I'm greeted with a smile and welcome greeting. The other location I was at the same day was a completely different experience. I even spent more at the Kent, WA facility and received bad service. Thank you very much for having great customer service at at least one location. Very much appreciated.

location falsely charged me $20 extra in gas because they read the meter wrong before pickup. I have reached out multiple times with no response from the store location or corporate. I'll be sticking with enterprise as a service in the future.

The staff at this location was super nice, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Whenever I move again, I will rent from this location because of the staff. The only room for improvement is the check out process. It was easy to return the van and drop off the keys, but I was unable to check out online. The process is not clearly spelled out... I didn't even know where to click or what to do, so that can def improve.

Interior of cab was filthy, especially driver's side. Exterior had several scrapes, scuffs, and peeling paint that was not shown on the pictures during my preinspection walk around. Had to take time to document it myself. On the plus side, staff was super friendly and helpful.

The manager here (Bob) is completely unhinged and not suited to be doing this job. He doesn't follow mask guidelines having his nose exposed and when my Fiancé told him to pull it up a 2nd time he had a total meltdown and yelled at us to get out of his store. If this location is gonna remain operable he needs to be either radically retrained or removed.

I have two videos of your employee, his name was Bob harassing me and my friend yelling at us and being completely inappropriate while demanding the keys in the alleyway without any verification or ID on him.

Everyone we spoke to was very nice and helpful. Uhaul changed our pick-up time and location without obvious notification. We had to call in order to find out that our pick-up time had changed (then received an email with the time change after the fact).

I requested and paid for a hand truck and dolly with my van. The hand truck and dolly were not in the van, and the person at the rental place was not wearing a mask and would not come outside, so I could not safely go inside to request them. I have requested a refund for these charges several times and been ignored. Horrible customer service, I'll go out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

I was disappointed i originally booked in advance for Saturday for 24 hrs and i got a email Thursday afternoon. My reservation was moved to another location which was off my way and i have to change everything. It was very inconvenient considering i already plan my whole weekend for moving. This is the second time happen to me reserving at Uhaul.

Do not increase the rate after we make a reservation. This is called bait-and-switch, which is illegal. We reserved this truck at $0.99/mi, but UHaul charged us 20% more at $1.19/mi. Uhaul did not respond to our email or correct the charge, and we had no choice but to dispute it at our bank, who probably swallowed it. This is a very dishonest business practice. Even though the dollar amount is not large, if UHaul fleeces enough customers, they could make billions through this type of cheating. This location did not initiate the 24/7 pickup option, so we had to call UHaul corporate and wait outside in the cold for an hour. Last but not least, UHaul virtual pickup should do the customer pickup verification beforehand. We checked in the night before, but the day of, when we were already at the UHaul site, UHaul said they could not verify our identity and needed a lease or passport, which are not documents people usually carry around on their person. This resulted in unnecessary delay and a lot of anxiety.
