Agent has no respect. Sending harassing phone call. After you tell him you will come in the make a payment for the extension. Extremely rude, lack of customer service. Vehicle has bird poop all over it. Seem like the vehicle I had was not maintained.

I opted for the mobile pickup option, but the vehicles are stored on the back side of the building behind a fence, so you basically have to walk through the store to get to them or drive around the block and park in someone else’s lot. When we entered and told him we were trying to get through to the trucks, he said I had to work through him. I explained we had the mobile, but he said “they” make you do it with him also. He had to take my credit card, get a second person’s information, etc. He was very friendly and helpful, but if I sign up for mobile check in, I don’t expect to have to spend so much time providing information to the clerk and never using the mobile service at all. The vehicle also had a horrible stale cigarette smoke scent, and there was a bit of debris (gravel?) in the truck bed.

I would recommend having the customer fill in the referral names and phone #'s on the website prior to arrival. I was sitting there in the cold, on my phone, entering all this info and then waiting for an approval on the other end. Took about 15 minutes. Not a major issue, just would recommend to speed up process.

I was upset because of a charge of $25 for not cleaning which I am sure was inappropriate because I know very well that I didn't leave any dirt whatsoever. I only use the van to pickup an Antique sewing machine in a locked up cupboard. I was ask by the agent representative when I called to express my grievances that I should be there to see myself. And by the way, when I was picking up she never showed me the condition inside where she claimed to be dirty. However, I know that any dirt found was not related to my event. Therefore, I would be very happy if the charges are reversed as soon as possible. Thank you.

Overall very satisfied and will certainly use again. Only suggestion would be faster WiFi to process paperwork but WiFi is always tricky so don’t consider this a complaint, just a suggestion.

The employees were horrible in regards to their customer service. Yelling at my boyfriend and I, arguing back and forth, cutting us off anytime we tried to say something. I would never refer this location to ANYONE!

I checked in online a day ahead of time, but when I arrived for the vehicle, it seemed that the U-Haul location didn't have all the information I had provided. I needed to write it out on a new form. So the online check-in option didn't save me any time.

Website says this location has parking, but they told me I need to find street parking near by. Location is only accessible from one side of the street, requiring driving around the block to access.

The manager or whatever you call her do not know what the he'll she's doing. She didn't explain nothing. She was told not to charge the credit card. I told her the credit card was just to reserved the truck as mention on your website that my card will not be charge, by the time i got home with the truck my wife said the charges already posted on the card. Returning the truck she went ahead and charged the card the full amount. Her response...she forgot. Aftet telling her she should not have done that. Trying to get her canceled the transaction was a nightmare. She told us that if we cancel the transaction it will take 3 business days for us to get the money back into the credit card. Well... mr. See you guys have no problem taking out money but when we ask for refund you say it takes 3 days to get the money back. To make matters worse she looks confused and we ended up using another credit card. I will never use you guys again
